Services Provided

Congregate Meals-offered at noon, 5 days a week, contributions accepted

Transportation– Door to Door service for medical, shopping, center activities and trips (nominal fee charge)

Case Management-Enables seniors to live independently through, monitoring, advocacy, follow up and information and referral

Information and Referral-Legal and tax assistance, social security, Elder Abuse, Medicare part D, Renting, Homeownership, Home Renovations, Tenant Counseling, Foreclosure Prevention Counseling, Financial Counseling , etc

Computer Training-Computer Lab opens daily during regular business hours. Computer Classes are also available

Health and Wellness

Aerobics: Low to moderate impact workouts designed for adults 55 and older

Chair Exercise: Low impact aerobics and strength for toning and strengthening

Indoor Walking Track: Open 8am-4pm

Walking Club: participants walk at various tracks 2 days a week

Mini Gym: State of the art equipment includes treadmills, recumbent bikes, resistance bands, steps, weights and videos. Open Monday-Saturday 8am-4pm

Health and Wellness Workshops: Nutrition, fall prevention, diabetes, blood pressure screenings, diabetes, etc
